From my early days as a licensed junior racer (Cross-Country & Downhill for UNIVEGA) and later as a team supervisor and mechanic for UNIVEGA’s race team, to tackling endurance challenges like the unsupported Three Peaks Bike Race (Vienna to Barcelona, raising funds for 80 bikes for students!), the sport has shaped my discipline, resilience, and appreciation for teamwork. I understand the heart and soul of the cycling community because I’m an active part of it.
